| Judith has 30 years of diverse health experience
in the areas of nursing, disability, substance abuse, aged care, community
health, education, project management, business development and management.
Prior to joining True Care, Judith held positions as the Deputy CEO,
Business Development Manager and Education Manager of a well respected
provider of health training in Australia and internationally. Her
extensive health experience has resulted in a solid core of knowledge
with specific skills in conceptual analysis, strategic development,
and implementation of services and staff management.

Laurie has extensive experience in healthcare,
having practiced obstetrics and gynaecology in Melbourne for over
thirty years, qualifying for FRANZCOG (1980), FRCOG (1990), and FAICD
(1997). He has also served as the Medical Director of the Western
Hospital, Sunshine (1990-1995).
Laurie combines his intimate understanding
of the healthcare industry with diverse managerial skills and vast
business experience. He currently serves as Board Chairman of Penleigh
and Essendon Grammar School and as a director of Tellimed Pty Ltd,
True Care's parent organisation. Laurie is also a Fellow of the Australian
Institute of Company Directors.

Sue has a background in vascular, emergency,
oncology, renal and spinal nursing and extensive educational experience
delivering a variety of nursing courses. She created and managed
a large school of nursing for Victoria University, and also managed
several large projects and has been an active member on a number
of Department of Human Services Workforce and Educational steering
committees.
Sue has collaborated and consulted with a wide variety
of education providers on matters pertaining to nursing education
in Australia. |

| Dr Adrian Williams - Research and Development Manager |

Adrian has many years experience in the analysis
of public policy and has a PhD in Politics from La Trobe University.
He worked as a Research Assistant in the Politics Department of
La Trobe before joining health and medical technology company IM
Medical Ltd. As Research and Development Manager Adrian worked on
the business' product development, sales and marketing strategy,
and the company's research programs.
He uses his skills in research
and knowledge management to ensure True Care is at the forefront
of developments in health industry thinking. |

| Mr Darren Dziubinski - Commercial Manager |

Darren has developed strong commercial acumen and
gained extensive experience through his various senior roles at
Shell, Telstra, and CSC. At Shell Darren performed a number of financial
roles before working on the project to buy out and restructure Shell's
Retail and Distributor networks. Following that, Darren took the
role of Regional Finance Manager (Asia Pacific and Middle East)
for Shell's newly created IT business rationalising and restructuring
the country based services into a regional and global delivery model.
Darren was then appointed with Telstra's IT subsidiary Advantra
as the Southern Region Commercial Manager working on major outsourcing
bids as well as providing services to the existing accounts. He
then moved into a Customer Business Management role responsible
for the delivery of services and major projects to his portfolio
of customers. Prior to his current role, Darren was a Commercial
Manager with CSC where he negotiated and provided the commercial
strategy and support for a successful bid to deliver services to
a leading global business. |
